摘 要:目的:探讨壳聚糖絮凝法用于霉茶醇提液澄清的可行性。方法:壳聚糖用于霉茶醇提液的澄清,通过对总固型物、总黄酮含量的测定,对壳聚糖的用量及澄清工艺进行了优选。结果:壳聚糖絮凝法能使药液澄清,并可以较好的保留有效成分,总黄酮的转移率达到90.51%。优选的壳聚糖澄清工艺为:100g霉茶,提取液浓缩至生药质量与浓缩液体积比为1∶6,于60℃搅拌下加入0.25%的壳聚糖醋酸溶液,加入壳聚糖的量为0.65g,静置12h,滤过。结论:壳聚糖絮凝法能用于霉茶醇提液的澄清,利于进一步纯化制备霉茶总黄酮提取物。OBJECTIVE To explore the feasibility of clanifying MEICHA's ethanol extract using chitosan. METHODS The quantity of cbitosan used for processing was selected, the processing procedune was optimized according to the determination of the total solids and the contents of the total flavonoids of MEICHA' s ethanol extraction. RESULTS Chitosan could settle the Meicha' s ethanol extract and retain active constituent well, the extract rate reached 90. 51%, the optimizing conditions were: 100 g Meicha, extracted by 70% ethanol, condensed to crude drug weight: concentrated solution volume was 1:6, added 0. 25 acetic acid solution of chitosan, the added amount was 0. 65 g, standing 12 h, filtered. CONCLUSION Chitosan flocculence Can be used for the clarifying ethanol extract, benefited for later purification and preparation of the total flavoniods extraction of MEICHA.
