摘 要:介绍了芳纶-玻纤混杂纤维增强橡胶基密封复合材料(NAFC)的压延成张工艺,分析了影响材料性能的制备工艺参数,如拌料顺序、拌料时间、辊筒线速比、硫化时间等。并以板材的横向抗拉强度为指标通过试验对关键工艺参数进行了优选。优选得到的最佳工艺条件为,投料顺序:将橡胶液、填料预混后,然后加入预混后的芳纶、玻纤、海泡石;拌料时间:12—16min;辊筒线速比:1.04—1.06;硫化时间:30min。对采用优选工艺制备得到的混杂纤维增强NAFC材料的性能测试结果表明该材料具有较高的强度、优良的耐热性和耐介质性能,可在工程实践中替代石棉橡胶板使用。The calendaring process of Kevlar/glass hybrid fiber reinforced rubber-based sealing composite material (NAFC) was introduced. The effects of the processing parameters on the performances of the NAFC material were studied. The relationship between the transverse tensile strength of the NAFC material and the main process parameters such as feed sequence, mixing time, speed-ratio of rollers, vulcanization time and so on, were investigated. According to the transverse tensile strength of the material, the process parameters were optimized as follows, feed sequence : after premixing, Kevlar fiber, glass fiber and sepiolite are added into the premixing rubber solution and filler;mixing time-12 - 16 min;speed-ratio of rollers:1. 04 - 1.06; vulcanization time:30 rain. The performances of the NAFC material prepared with the optimum process parameters were tested. The test results show that the NAFC material has high strength, good heat resistance and excellent media-resistant property, and can be used in engineering practice instead of asbestos-rubber sheets.
