摘  要:用化学方法制备纳米MnZnFe2O4磁性微粒,在四球摩擦磨损试验机和立式万能摩擦磨损试验机上考察了MnZnFe2O4纳米磁性微粒作为润滑油添加剂的抗磨减摩性能及对磨损表面的修复作用,并用扫描电子显微镜观察分析了磨斑表面形貌。实验表明,MnZnFe2O4纳米微粒添加剂可以显著提高基础油的承载能力,减小磨斑直径;磁性颗粒有利于加强吸附在摩擦副表面上形成物理吸附膜,并在摩擦表面形成自修复膜,对磨损表面具有一定的修复作用。MnZnFe2O4 nano magnetic particles were prepared by a chemical method. The tribological properties of the nano particles as an additive in base oil were evaluated using a four-ball machine, while the self-healing action of the additive to the worn steel surface was examined on a tribological testing machine. The morphologies and elemental distributions of the worn steel surfaces were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy. The result shows that the nano particles as the additive improve the antiwear ability and load-carrying capacity of the base oil, and reduce wear scar diameter. MnZnFe2O4 nano particles improve adsorption film and are capable of self-healing the worn steel surface at proper test conditions. The self-healing action of MnZnFe2O4 nano particles to the worn steel surface attributes to tribo-self-repair film formed on the sliding surface.
