摘 要:本文对从间二氯苯和正戊酰氯合成2,4-二氯苯戊酮的付氏反应进行改进,通过对反应中的影响因素系统研究,找到杀菌剂己唑醇的关键中间体2,4-二氯苯戊酮最佳反应条件:氯化铝和戊酰氯的物质的量比为1.6∶1,当在0~10℃滴加戊酰氯、并在50~60℃反应6h,再在90℃保温5h时,反应收率从60%提高到79%。2, 4-Dichlorophenylpentanone was synthesized via Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction using m-dichlorobenezene and Valeryl chloride. The influence factors for reaction such as temperature of drop, reaction temperature, reaction time and the ratio of raw material were discussed in detail, The optimum reaction condition was found. When the ratio of AlCl3:Valeryl chloride=1.8:1 was used, Valeryl chloride was added at 0-10℃, reaction temperature was heated at 50-60℃ for 6hrs and then at 90-100℃ for 5 h, The yield of 2, 4-Dichlorophenylpentanone was improved from 60% to 79%.
