摘　　要：为探索巴西陆稻育种新方法,采用超干胚浸渍法将巴西陆稻种子经65℃、超干处理20 d后,使慈利玉米和苹果的混合DNA有效导入种子胚,获得高产、矮化、高抗等变异材料,有望培育出陆稻新品种。The method of soaking superdried seed-embryo was applied to explore a new way of breeding Brazilian upland rice. After seeds were superdried at 65 ℃ for 20 days, the DNA mixture of Cili corn and apple was effectively transformed into Brazilian upland rice embryo. The variation materials which had the characteristics of high-yield, dwarf and high-resistance could be applied to breed new Brazilian upland rice variety.
