摘　　要：大学生就业工作关系社会的和谐与稳定,关系高校的声誉与发展,作为医学类二级学院,要进一步认清形势,牢固确立"只有学生就业好,学院才能发展好"的工作理念,以对社会对家长对学生高度负责的精神,以理念创新、制度创新、方法创新为工作手段,切实加强学生就业工作的全员化、全程化、专业化、信息化建设。The college students＇ employment matters much not only to the society harmony and stability, hut also to the reputation and development of the institutions of higher learning. As a subordinate college of medicine, it is necessary to get a clear understanding of the present situation and to firmly establish the working notion that only the high rate of students＇ employment can guarantee an all-round development of the college. Therefore the college must he responsible for the society, students＇ parents as well as for the students themselves and practically strengthen the construction of completely staffing, whole courses, specialization and information resources for the students＇ employment with creative thinking, new system and innovative methods as the means of our work.
