PACl强化混凝AS助凝去除水中有机物的试验研究

摘  要:通过增加混凝剂和助凝剂的方法,对自来水常规处理工艺去除水中有机物进行了生产性试验。结果表明:在聚合氯化铝(PACl)和活化硅酸(AS)分别增加76%和50%的情况下,滤后水浊度由2.5 NTU降到0.4 NTU,TOC去除率由40.7%提高到53.7%,DOC去除率由45.6%提高到58.8%,UV254提高了2%,CODMn变化不大,其他常规项目也有一定改善。试验还发现,出厂水中余铝含量略有增加,但未超过0.2 mg/L的限量,沉淀池排泥量增加了25%,滤池反冲洗耗水增加5倍。药耗和生产用水量的增加提高了制水成本,因此单一增加投药量不宜作为长期改善水质的方法。Removal of organic matters from drinking water become one of primary intentions in water works. A full-scale study with conventional process was carried out to investigate the removal of organic matters by increasing dosage. As the result, under the condition of increasing 76% of polyaluminum chloride (PAC1) and 50% of activated silicate (AS), turbidity of filtered water was improved from 2.5 NTU to 0.4 NTU, removal rate of TOC from 40.7 % to 53.7 %, DOC from 45.6% to 58.8 %, UV2s4 up to 2%, CODMn change unclearly, other parameters also improved. The results also indicated that aluminmn residual increased, but under the limitation of 0.2 mg/L, and alton sludge increased by 25 % and back washing water increased by 5 times. It is found that wastewater, alum sludge and dosage increased greatly which led to an advancing production cost, so enhanced coagulation by increasing dosage of coagulants is not the best way for a long-term operation. The information obtained from this work can provide technological support for production.
