广西临床尿干化学分析室间质量评价结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析广西临床尿干化学分析室间质量评价结果,为提高广西临床尿干化学分析检测水平和质量提出改进意见和建议。方法对2006年广西临床尿干化学分析检验室间质量评价活动的结果进行分析。结果(1)尿酸碱度、白细胞、葡萄糖年度合格率均不足80%,尿比重与尿胆原年度合格率只有50%;(2)9所实验室尿比重结果与18所实验室尿胆原结果连续2次均不合格;(3)在参加室间质评的189所实验室中,总评成绩合格的实验室数为155所,其中全年各批次成绩全部合格实验室12所,不合格实验室数为34所。结论坚持尿液分析仪与试带的配套使用、做好实验室室内质量控制及尿液干化学检验的标准化是提高临床尿液干化学检验质量的保证。Objective To provide some suggestions on the improvement of Guangxi urine reagent strip test level and quality. Methods The external quality assessment （EQA） results of urine reagent strip test in Guangxi ,2006 were analyzed. Results 1. The qualified ratio of pH,leucocyte and glucose were less than 80%,the qualified ratio of urine specific gravity and urobilinogen was only 50%;2. There were 9 laboratories＇urine specific gravity and 18 laboratories＇urobilinogen results disqualified in both of the EQA;3. There were 155 laboratories annum results qualification and 34 laboratories annum results disqualified in 189 EQA laboratories. Conclusion Coupled use of urine analyzer and urine reagent strip ,well management of internal quality control and standardization of the urine reagent strip test is the guarantee to improve the quality of urine reagent strip test.
