摘　　要：目的:制定天津市大学生血浆神经肽Y(NPY)医学参考值。方法:选择天津医科大学及天津师范大学大学生250例,去除样本不合格者30例,共220例为研究对象,其中男110例,女110例,年龄18-22岁,平均(20±2)岁。选择条件为早晨空腹禁食水,无代谢内分泌及神经系统疾病,近期无急性感染性疾病,无发热和中型以上创伤。女性为非月经期。应用放射免疫方法测定血浆NPY含量。95%医学参考值为x±1.96s。结果:天津市大学生男性和女性血浆NPY的含量符合正态分布,经t检验显示男性与女性血浆NPY差异有统计学意义。本组采用大样本的标本,经统计学处理具有可信性。结论:天津市大学生血浆NPY参考值为男性112.06～340.70ng/L,女性8.28～68.16ng/L。Objective：To investigate the medical reference value of plasmic neumpeptide Y （NPY）in graduate students in Tianjin. Methods： Two hundreds and twenty graduate students came from Tianjin Medical University and Tianjin Normal University were enrolled in this study, 110 of male and 110 female respectively. They were 18-22 years old [（20 ± 2）years old]. All of the subjects were without histories of metabolic endocrinopathy and central nervous system diseases. There were no acute infectious diseases, fever, serious injury and not in menstrual period for female. The fast blood samples were taken to measure NPY by radi y. A P-value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results： The data showed that the contents of NPY for both male and female were coincident with normal distribution in students of Tianjin. There was a significant difference in NPY between male and female groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The medical reference values of plasmic NPY are 112.06-340.70 ng/L for male and 8.28-68.16 ng/L for female graduate student in Tianjin, respectively.
