摘  要:以玉米品种农大108为试验材料,用SPAD-502仪分别测定了不同浓度EM稀释液浸种处理后的叶色值。试验结果表明:利用不同浓度EM(有效微生物群)稀释液浸种及在玉米拔节期叶面喷施并灌根,可显著提高玉米叶片的叶绿素含量。并遴选出玉米施用EM的最佳浓度为500倍稀释液。EM (Effective Microorganism) is a kind of organic compound manure,and has been applied in crop production in more than seventy countries around the world. SPADRs(Soil and Plant Analyzer Drvelopment Readings ) were tested and analyzed for different EM concentration treatments on corn growth, the results are as follows: All three concentrations increased plant chlorophyl content after EM seed treatment, leaf spraying and root watering, although there was obvious effect difference among three treatments ,and the concentration of 500 x was screened as the optimal one in this study.
