摘  要:研究了种皮、种子抑制物、温度、层积基质、外源激素以及营养物等对南方红豆杉种子萌发的影响。研究表明,60%硫酸溶液浸泡3 h的种子吸水率适中、活力高,经流水冲洗24 h后种子浸提物对油菜种子的抑制率最低,以珍珠岩作层积基质,经25℃暖温层积9个月和5℃低温层积3个月的发芽率较高,GA3(100 mg/L)+6-BA(10 mg/L)混合溶液处理的种子的发芽率(55.8%)最高,用营养混合溶液浸种,于低—高—低温层积后,能明显缩短种子萌发时间。The influences of seed capsule, seed inhibitors, temperature, stratification matrix, exogenous hormone and nutriment and so on on the seed germination of Taxus chinensis var. mairei were studied. The research showed that the seeds soaked in 60% sulfuric acid solution for 3 h had moderate water absorption rate and high vigor, the extracts of which had lowest inhibitory rate to rape seeds after they were washed with running water for 24 h. With perlite as stratification matrix, the germination rate of the seeds stratified at warm temperature of 25 ℃ for 9 months and then at low temperature of 5℃ for 3 months was higher. The germination rate of the seeds treated with the mixed solution of GA3( 100 mg/L) + 6-BA ( 10 mg/L) was highest, being 55.8%. Seed soaking with mixed nutrition solution and stratification at low-high-low temperature could obviously shorten the time of seed germination.
