摘  要:以优良玉米自交系豫82、沈137及其F1、F2:3家系为材料,测定株高、穗位高、叶长、叶宽、叶夹角和叶向值6个主要株型性状研究表明,亲本自交系在株型性状上存在明显差异。与自交系沈137相比,自交系豫82叶夹角小55.1%,叶向值大86.8%,穗位高低32.6%;后代F2:3家系间存在明显差异,各株型性状均呈连续变异、正态分布。这说明所选材料适合做QTL定位与分析的作图群体。With the good maize inbred lines Yu 82, Shen 137 and the F1, F2:3 families derived from the cross between Yu 82 and Shen 137 as materials, determination on 6 main plant type characters such as plant height, ear height, leaf length, leaf width, leaf angle and leaf orientation value indicated that the parental inbred lines had significant differences on the main plant type characters. The leaf angle, leaf orientation value and ear height of inbred line Yu 82 was 55.1% smaller, 86.8% higher and 32.6% lower than that of inbred llne Shen 137. There was a significantly difference between F2:3 families. Each plant type character showed continuous variation and normal distribution in the F2:3 families. It was indicated that the chosen materials were suitable to be as the mapping population for QTL location and analysis.
