摘  要:[目的]监测分析当前深圳市超市、农贸市场中蔬菜有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯类农药残留情况,寻求相应降低农药残留的措施。[方法]2006年1到12月每个月随机抽取深圳市6个区中的30家超市2、8家农贸市场中的蔬菜样品各10个。采用农药速测法结合气相色谱和气质联用法测定其中19种有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯类农药残留。[结果]共检测各种蔬菜5 792份,蔬菜农药检出率与超标率分别为7.24%、4.23%。[结论]深圳市蔬菜农药残留现象仍然普遍存在,引起蔬菜超标的主要原因是有机磷农药残留,应加强监督管理。[ Objective] Monitor & Evaluate residues of agro-chemicals such as organic Phosphorus, organic Chlorine and Dalmatian Chrysanthemum Ester remaining on the vegetables from the free markets and wholesale markets of Shenzhen city; Seek for the relevant preventive measures for reducing pesticide residues in vegetables. [Method] Random sampling 10 samples in each market each month in 2006; Rapid testing method combined with Gas chromatography and Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry were adopted to test residues of 19 kinds of agro-chemicals such as organic Phosphorus, organic Chlorine and Dalmatian Chrysanthemum Ester remaining on vegetables from 30 free markets and 28 wholesale markets of 6 region in Shenzhen. [ Results] Total testhag 5 792 samples, Residue contents were up to 7.24%, 4.23% higher than the national standard; [ Conclusion] The phenomenon of residues of agrochemicals was still common in Shenzhen. Accordingly, the management of agro-chemicals should be strengthened and the residues of organic Phosphorus are composed of the main elements of the residues that vegetables exceeded the national standard.
