摘　　要：概述了目前植物抗虫基因工程中应用较广的Bt毒蛋白基因、蛋白酶抑制剂基因、外源凝集素基因、淀粉酶抑制剂基因和动物源抗虫基因及抗虫原理,分析了抗虫基因植物面临的问题,提出了延缓害虫对转基因植物抗性的解决建议。Bt toxic protein genes,proteinase inhibitor genes, lectin genes, amylase inhibitor gene and animal-sourced insect-resistant genes that had wide applications in the insect-resistant gene project of plants at present and their insect-resistant principles were summarized. And the problems in plants with insect-resistant genes were analyzed and some suggestions that could stave the resistance of pests to transgenic plants were put forward.
