无彩数码提花织物结构设计的实践与分析

摘　　要：以获得良好的黑白影光效果和满足织物大批量生产为前提,选择具有代表性的图像题材和结构设计方法,对无彩数码提花织物的结构设计与织物效果的对应关系进行分析。结果发现,由于纱线间相互遮盖的原因,组织效果并不能简单地代表织物的实际效果;为了能表现较好的无彩数码提花织物黑白影光效果,针对不同的设计目的需要不断调整结构设计方法。Taking obtaining nice black-and-white shading fabric effect and meeting the requirement of mass production as the premise, this study is carried out to analyze the relationship of structural design and fabric effect via selecting representative motif of image and corresponding structural design method. The findings are that weave and structure effect cannot simply represent the final fabric effect due to mutually covering occurred among the threads; and in order to obtain better black-and-white shading effect of digital colorless jacquard fabric, structural design method needs to be adjusted frequently according to different design purposes.
