摘　　要：维护经济安全是法律领域古老而全新的课题。在经济安全法学研究和法制建设中必须将"经济安全"与"经济自由"相联系,肯定经济自由的重要地位;契合经济安全研究的"边缘性"特点,建立起适应解决各种关系错综复杂的国内、外经济法律问题客观需要的一个新的综合性交叉学科。To maintain economic security is an old and brand - new subject in the field of law. ＂Economic security＂ and ＂economic freedom＂ should be related in the legal research of economic security and the legal construction while the role of economic freedom should be affirmed. A new comprehensive cross discipline should be established based on the ＂edge＂ feature of economic security research, aiming at solving intricate domestic and international economy legal problems.
