摘　　要：加强青少年校外教育重心在社区。未成年人走出学校、走进社区、走向社会,是加强未成年人校外德育教育的有利契机,如何建立健全学生校外管理机制、工作机制应是探索的重点。各社区广泛开展"和谐社区"创建,增强社区对未成年人的吸引力、凝聚力,不断提高社区服务未成年人思想道德建设的能力,是创建和谐社区的一项重要内容。the emphasis of education of juvenile outside school should be placed on community education. Juvenile adults participation in community and the social life,going out from school is one beneficial opportunity for minor＇ s moral education outside school. How to develop and perfect student management mechanism outside school is the focus of studies and research. The widespread ＂Harmonic Community＂ construction activities will enhance the attractions and cohesive force, thus improving the service capacity of community for minor＇ s ideological and ethical education will be an important aspect for developing and constructing harmonic community.
