摘　　要：建立适应中国实际的大学生生涯辅导体系,必须转变观念,实现从"就业安置"向生涯辅导转变;建设职业化指导教师队伍;并将生涯辅导融入思想政治教育工作中,引导学生正确处理自我价值与社会价值的关系,由"适业"到"创业",掌握职业选择与事业发展的主动权。Establishing the student career guidance system which adapts to China must change work concept, realize the change from employment resettlement to career guidance, build a professional career guidance teacher group, make career guidance blend in mentality education and lead students to deal with the relationship between self-worth and society worth correctly, from ＂adaptation＂ to ＂pioneering work＂, master the initiative of occupation choice and career development.
