摘　　要：科技文化的全球化与本土化的互动交织于科技发展的进程之中,二者之间存在着内在必然的联系,成为了科技文化发展的形式维度;科技文化的弘扬是以创新文化为方向的,科技文化是创新文化的基础与前提,创新文化是科技文化发展的归宿,创新文化的生成是科技文化发展的目的维度;科技文化和人文文化是人类文化两大支柱,两种文化正从分裂走向融合,以人文文化为引导的科技文化与人文文化的融合是科技文化发展的内容维度。The globalization and the localization of the sci-tech and culture are interweaving in the process of the technical development. There is an intrinsic relation between them and they have become the form latitude of the sci-tech and cultural development. The development of sci-tech and culture takes cultural innovation as the direction. Sci-tech and culture are the base and premise of cultural innovation, and the latter is the end of development of the former. Thus, innovation cultural production is the goal latitude of the sci-tech and culture development;Sci-tech culture and the humanities culture are the two big props of human culture. They are mixing together from the split,in which the humanities culture is taken as the guidance.
