摘 要:为了降低茂金属催化体系中助催化剂的成本,促进功能聚烯烃材料的研究开发,对乙基改性的甲基铝氧烷(EMMAO)助催化乙烯聚合进行了研究.分别采用三乙基铝(TEA)/甲基铝氧烷(MAO)、乙基铝氧烷(EAO)/MAO和EMMAO作助催化剂,考察了茂金属催化作用下的乙烯聚合.结果表明:当溶液中TEA/MAO摩尔比小于0.2时,TEA的存在能使MAO的活性有所上升;当EMMAO中Et/M e摩尔比小于0.32时,EMMAO的助催化性能与MAO相当.用EMMAO代替昂贵的MAO,有助于降低茂金属催化剂的成本,促进功能化聚烯烃的发展.In order to reduce the cost of the cocataylst in metallocene catalyst systems and accelerate development of ,functional polyolefin, ethylene polymerization using metalloeene in combination with ethyl modified methylaluminoxane (EMMAO) was studied. Triethyllaluminium ( TEA )/methylaluminoxane ( MAO ), ethylaluminoxane (EAO)/MAO and EMMAO was used as cocataylst to investigate ethylene polymerization. The resuits showed that the presence of triethyllaluminium improved the cocatalytic activity of MAO between o and 0. 2 of TEA/MAO mole ratio. The cocatalytic activity of EMMAO, prepared from the mixture of TMA and TEA, approximated to one of MAO when Et/Me mole ratios of EMMAO were from 0 to 0. 32. Instead of MAO, using EMMAO would conduce to reduction in cost of metallocene and functional polymer development.
