摘 要:为达到电子互感器模拟量校验的目的,介绍了以数字信号处理器(TMS320F206)为核心的新型电子互感器校验仪,论述了测差原理及实现方法。该校验仪利用快速傅立叶算法和锁相环技术,能准确测定出电子式互感器的比值误差、相位误差、电源频率、谐波等多个技术性能指标。校验符合国际电工委员会标准IEC60044-7《电子式电压互感器》以及IEC60044-8《电子式电流互感器》的要求。Transformer calibrator is widely used by the electric power department and the measure department, with economic development and living level constantly raised, electric department propose new requirement with accuracy and reliability of electric power record device, and the deflection of transformer calibrator is the main reason that af- fects the accuracy. However, the transformer calibrators used in our country now are behind the times, most of them were developed in 1960--1970 years, although there are some digital and intelligent products, they are not very satisfied for the many reasons, such as the stability is not good, the display of digital is slow, the degree of automation is low, and soon so to develop a new type of transformer calibrator which has the high precision and the high degree of automation is significative for the outdated transformer calibrator widely used. This paper analyze the theory of previous calibrators and propose an idea of designing a new type of intelligent calibrator, based on the theory of measuring the difference, adopt the project of DSP structure, also use high speed A/D electric chip. During the design of hardware circuit, the theory of FFT and synchoronous sampling method is adopt to reach the demand of precision. This paper also discuss the intelligent development of transformer calibrator, achieve some success in the study. A new transformer calibrator with DSP technique is designed by the paper, which improves the instrument integration, checkout accuracy and speediness. The system uses discrete fourier transforms and phase lock loop (PLL) to accurately measure the ratio error, phase error, frequency, and harmonics of the siga. The calibrator accords with the requirement of standard IEC60044-7 and standard IEC60044-8.
