摘 要:为了检测出绝缘子的绝缘状况,根据污秽物的辐射特性在mm波段的辐射差异,提出了利用mm波辐射计检测绝缘子的绝缘状况的方法,其原理是绝缘子上有污秽时发射率会随着污秽量和污秽性质发生变化导致辐射计的输出发生变化,在实验室中通过测量涂污绝缘子在污、湿环境中的天线温度,可得到天线温度和等值盐密度的对应关系,从而可依据测量的天线温度去对应绝缘子的污秽程度。实验结果表明,绝缘子的污秽与天线温度有着较严格的对应关系。该方法能有效地避免输电线路的电磁干扰以及远距离监测,具有实用价值。According to the properties of radiation, this paper proposes a new method for detecting the pollutant on insulators by millimeter wave radiometer based on the pollutanfs radiation characteristic. Because the pollutant's radiation in the different millimeter wave regions are different. When insulators has pollutants, the emissivity will vary with change the pollutanfs quantity and property, leading to the change in millimeter wave radiometer output. According to the above principle, the certain equivalent salt deposit density in the laboratory is selected to correspond the emissivity according to the national standard. Through detecting the antenna temperature on insulators in the contamination and wet conditions, the corresponding relation between the equivalent salt density and the antenna temperature can be obtained, As a result, the method for detecting pollutants on insulators by millimeter radiometer under different pollution condition is developed. This method can avoid electromagnetic interference in passive detection techniques of the millimeter wave radiometer. The principle of the properties of radiation is introduced. The detailed processes of the method and results are given.
