摘 要:为解决传统无功规划以正常运行方式来寻求无功补偿方案的优化,往往不能满足系统在N-1事故方式下的电压安全性问题,为此提出了基于N-1方式的无功优化规划的数学模型,以系统发生N-1事故后的网络运行方式为对象,以系统年支出费用最小为目标函数,并满足各种物理约束和运行约束,从而能够保证系统在出现N-1事故时仍有足够的无功备用来维持电压安全水平。通过三步算法的流程,实现N方式和N-1方式的优化解耦,降低了求解规模。最后在IEEE6节点系统中进行计算验证了该模型的合理性,优化方案能够明显提高系统运行的安全性和经济性。The traditional optimal reactive power planning (ORPP) seeks the optimal compensation scheme based on the normal operating mode, which is difficult to satisfy the restriction of voltage security in the N-1 mode. A new mathematical model of N-1 mode based ORPP for power system is proposed, in which objective function is to minimize the annual expenditure based on N-1 operating modes, with satisfying the physical and operating restrictions. It hence ensures that the system has abundant reactive power reserve to maintain voltage security level under contingency. Through the three-step computation, the reactive power optimization is decoupled from N-mode and N-1 mode, so that the computational size is reduced. The simulation result based on IEEE 6-bus system demonstrates that the proposed model is logical, where the considerable benefit of economy and security can be gain.
