摘 要:本研究目的是阐明中缅树鼩对神经科学的应用价值并提出实验动物的选材标准。观察了42例经10%福尔马林溶液固定的成年中缅树鼩标本。用脑立体定位仪测量了36例脑标本,用神经组织学方法检查了6例脑标本;用“软铺片技术”检查了14例耳蜗Corti氏器官。结果表明:中缅树鼩脑神经组织在其形态,细胞构筑,分布,各大脑皮质区的比例和丘脑一些核团的体积与灵长目高度分化的脑神经组织有许多相似之处。中缅树鼩滇西亚种和越北亚种其脑立体定位数值不同。然而捕自同一地域的越北亚种其脑立体定位数值较稳定。不同亚种Corti器的内、外毛细胞数稳定,毛细胞缺失率低,蜗顶的实验弃用部长度为0.2毫米,是值得进一步开发研究用于内耳生理学与临床病理学实验的理想对象。The aim of this study is to explain the value of using Tupaia belangeri(T.b.)for neuroscience and to propose a criteria for selecting the experimental animals.42 adult T.b.after being fixed in 10% formalin solution were observed.The brain of 36 animals were measured with a stereotaxic instrument(NARISHIGE SN-2,800-3);the brain of 6 animals were examined with neurohistological method;Corti apparatus in Cochlea of 14 cases were examined with“Surface Specemen Technique”.The result shows that there were many resemblances between the nervous structures in the brain of T.b.and those of the highly developed nervous structures in the brain of Primate regarding form,cytoarchticture,disposition,proportion of cerebral cortex areas and the volume of some nuclei in the Thalamus.The values of steric localization of the brain are different between T.b.Chinensis and T.b. Tonquinia,while those values of T.b.Tonquinia captured in the same district were fairly constant.In different subspecies the total of external and intrenal hair cells in Corti apparatus was fairly constant and the ratio of hair cell loss was lower,the length of experimental discarded part on the apical turn was 0.2 mm.It is an ideal subject worthy to further develop investication for Physiological and clinicopathological experiments of the inner ear.
