摘　　要：目的通过对广东口岸国际旅行人员中人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者的亚型分析,监测出入境口岸HIV毒株的流行状况及其变化。方法从36例HIV-1抗体阳性样品中提取病毒RNA,逆转录后套式聚合酶链反应(Nested-PCR)扩增HIVgag基因核心蛋白p17/p24片断,对PCR产物直接进行核苷酸序列测定,所获序列与各亚型国际参考序列比对,确定基因型并进行系统进化树分析。结果36例样品gag区序列分析共发现8种HIV-1亚型和重组型,其中CRF BC重组型14例(38.9%)(CRF07 BC重组型13例,CRF08 BC重组型1例),CRF01AE重组型12例(33.3%),CRF02 AG重组型3例(8.3%),B亚型2例(5.6%),Al、C、G及J亚型各1例(2.8%),1例样品分型不明确。这些不同亚型的感染者来自包括中国在内的11个不同国家和地区。结论广东口岸国际旅行人员中HIV-1亚型和重组型种类复杂多样,通过监测国际旅行人员中HIV感染者基因型分布及其变异,发现和鉴定新型毒株,对于艾滋病的预防和控制十分重要。Objective To monitor the epidemic status of HIV strains at the entry-exit port by analyzing HIV subtype among HIV-infected international travelers entering or exiting the Guangdong port. Methods RNA was extracted from 36 HIV-1 positive samples,HIV gag gene were amplified by RT and nested-PCR using specific primer pairs and the PCR products were sequenced directly. The acquired sequences were compared with international subtypes references and their phylogenetic-trees were analyzed to determine the HIV subtype.Results There were 8 kinds of HIV-1 subtypes and recombinants in 36 samples, of which 14 （38.9 % ） cases of CRF-BC（ 13 cases of CRF07 _BC, 1 case of CRF08-BC）, 12 （33.3%） cases of CRF01_AE,3（8.3% ） cases of CRF02 _AG,2（5.6 % ） cases of B,and 1（2.8% ） case of A1 ,C,G and each, and 1 case were indeterminate. These HIV infectors came from 11 different countries including China. Conclusion There are different kinds of HIV-1 subtypes and reeombinants among international travelers entering or exiting the Guangdong port. It is important to monitor genotypes and variation of HIV strains among international travelers and detect new HIV-1 subtypes for HIV/AIDS control and prevention.
