摘　　要：目的分析云南省2005、2006年艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)培训班举办情况,参照省对县培训的具体要求,为16州市VCT培训工作的下一步开展提出建议。方法对2005、2006年云南省级VCT培训情况、培训效果及咨询员情况进行分析。结果两年共培训省级合格咨询人员2 344人,其中疾病预防控制系统占31.4%,医院占27.3%,妇幼系统占25.3%,乡镇卫生院占8.4%。德宏、玉溪、大理、保山、红河咨询员队伍已扩展到乡镇卫生院,并结合计划生育宣传工作的三级预防网络,成员也包括了计生专干和防保宣传员。全省咨询员队伍以女性居多,占66.7%,初、中级职称占73.9%。结论通过两年的培训工作,云南省咨询员队伍已初具规模,为建立健全云南省VCT网络奠定了良好的人力基础。Objective To analyze VCT training in Yunnan province in 2005 - 2006 and provide suggestions for further developing VCT training in 16 prefectures on the basis of provincial guideline for VCT training at the county level. Methods The general situation and specific effectiveness of VCT training as well as skills of VCT staff were analyzed in 2005 - 2006.Results A total of 2 344 counselors were trained at the provincial level within 2 years;31.4% of them were from CDC, 27.3% from hospitals, 25.3% from MCH institutions and 8.4% from township health centers.The counselors teams were established in township health centers in Dehong, Yuxi, Dali, Baoshan, Honghe and other prefectures,and provided VCT services within three-tiers primary health care system in combination with family planning and health education activities. Majority of VCT counselors were females, accounting for 66.7%, and 73.9% were awarded technical titles of secondary grade. Conclusion A counselors team has been basically set up in Yunnan as a result of 2 years training efforts, which provides a strong manpower foundation for improving VCT networks in the province. VCT training should be further developed in the future. It is also urgent to improve AIDS counseling skills and referral ability at the gross-root VCT units, especially for counselors at the county and township level, as well as at the village level. Training for basic knowledge has to be enhanced and the training time should be prolonged. Finally, periodical and long-term learn- ing mechanism should be paid due attention.
