摘  要:文章对植物HT-CT色素采用超声波提取的方法进行了研究,探讨了提取温度、超声波功率、作用时间、浴比对色素提取效率的影响。通过正交试验,得到了超声波提取植物HT-CT色素的优化工艺,主要参数为:水浴温度50℃、提取时间90 min、超声波功率200 W、浴比1∶50。实验结果表明:50℃优化工艺条件下的超声波提取比100℃的常规提取效率高,该优化工艺稳定可行,重现性好。The ultrasonic extraction technique was used to extract coloring matter from HT- CT. The effects of temperature, ultrasonic power, extracting time, bath ration on the extraction of coloring matter from HT - CT were studied. From the orthogonal experiment, it worked out that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows : temperature 50℃, extracting time 90min, ultrasonic power 200 W, bath ration 1 : 50. The results of experiments showed that the efficiency of the ultrasonic extraction on 50℃ was higher than normal extraction on 100℃, the optimal extraction craftwork was stable and feasible, had good repeatability. It has bright prospective in industrialization.
