摘 要:文章以拉细羊毛(OPTIM)纤维纯纺及混纺织物为对象,应用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察拉细羊毛织物表观形态结构,测试了织物风格、动态悬垂性和光泽。研究结果表明:拉细羊毛织物拉伸功及压缩功回复率高;平均摩擦因数小,摩擦因数的平均差不匀率大,织物滑爽;织物压缩平均厚度值小,表面厚度较小,织物的光泽正反射光强和漫反射光强较大,对比光泽度较大,呈现良好的光泽及平滑性。In regard of worsted fabrics using OPTIM fine fiber and its blend with other materials, the morphology of OPTIM fine fibers and fabrics were observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and the fabric style (KES-FB system and FAST system), the properties of dynamic drape and luster were measured in the paper. The results show that the fabrics of which are made of OPTIM fine fiber exhibit higher resilience of tensile, higher resilience of compression ; lower mean coefficient of friction, higher mean deviation of MIU, so that the fabrics exhibit smooth and shaft. The results also show that the fabrics of which are made of OPTIM fine possess smaller fabric thickness and the surface layer, larger intensity of reflection light and diffuse reflection light, stronger contrast gloss compared with ordinary wool fiber.
