摘　　要：从毛条制造过程中的洗毛、和毛、梳毛和精梳等各道工序的设备、工艺和管理方面探索去除草屑、提高毛条质量的有效途径。文章分析了造成毛条成品含草超标的原因,着重介绍了针对这些原因为提高毛条质量所采取的措施。The paper studies the.efficient ways on how to remove vegetable faults and improve wool top quality during the whole processing of wool top making from scouring, blending, carding and combing machines, process and production management. It not only analyses the reasons to cause high vegetable faults content of wool tops but also introduce some measures taken against these reasons on how to improve wool top quality.
