摘　　要：随着艾滋病病毒感染人数的增加,抗艾滋病药物的研究已成为世界重大课题之一。本文主要介绍了2005-2006年FDA批准的抗艾滋病药物tipranavir,kaletra,darunavir,atripla的化学成分、作用机制、用法及不良反应等。With the increasing of patients infected by HIV, the study of anti-viral drugs has become one of the most important projects. This article briefly introduces the chemical constitutions, mechanisms of action, uses and side effects of anti-vial drugs tipranavir, kaletra, darunavir, atripla that were approved by FDA in 2005 -2006.
