云母颗粒对大鼠乙酸性结肠炎炎症与修复反应的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究云母颗粒(简称云母)对大鼠乙酸性结肠炎的治疗作用及可能机制;[方法]造模后用云母混悬液灌肠,每天一次,观察造模后第3天及第14天时结肠黏膜损伤程度和光镜下表现,测定血清及结肠组织中的EGF、TNFa含量;[结果]云母第3天和第14天时对乙酸性结肠炎大鼠结肠黏膜损伤大体观及组织学均有改善作用,同时使大鼠血清及结肠组织的修复因子EGF含量相对增加,致炎因子TNFa含量相对降低。[结论]云母对大鼠乙酸性结肠炎的治疗作用可能与其相对提高修复因子EGF含量,降低致炎因子TNFa含量有关。[Objective] To study Mica granule＇s treatment on rats＇ ethanoic acid colitis and the possible mechanism. [Method] After modelling, apply Mica suspending liquid for enema once a day, observe demonstration under microscope and enteric mucosa injury at 3th day and 14th day, measure EGF and TNFa in serum and colon tissue. [Result] The Mica had improvements on colon mucosa injury and tissue of rats with colitis generally, meanwhile it could comparatively add EGF-the repair factor in colon and serum of rats. also decrease inflammatory factor TNFa. [Conclusion] Mica＇s treating rats＇ ethanoic acid colitis may be related with its comparatively raising repair factor EGF and reducing TNFa.
