摘 要:水培条件下,以典型的对缺硼敏感和不敏感甘蓝型油菜品种为供试材料进行研究。缺硼条件下,当地上部生长不受影响时,敏感品种根系生长明显受抑制,表现为根鲜重、根单位体积重量显著降低,地上部与地下部比例增加,根系总吸收面积、活跃吸收面积及比表面均明显下降,而不敏感品种上述参数无明显变化。缺硼时,敏感品种的G-6-PDHse、CAT活性显著下降,POD明显上升,不敏感品种上述三种酶活性变化不明显,SOD和MDA在硼处理间及品种间均无显著差异。This experiment was conducted under solution culture to study the differences on root activity and enzyme activity of the typical B-sensitive and non-sensitive rape (Brassica napus) cultivar. The results indicated that the root growth of the sensitive cultivarwas inhabited seriously by boron deficiency before the shoot was affected, showing a singnificant reduce of root weight and the weight per volume, and a obvious increment of shootroot ratio, but those of the non-sensitive one did not change much. Under boron deficient condition, the G-6-PDHse and CAT activity of the sensitive cultivar decreased and the POD increased noticeably, but those of the non-sensitive one were not altered. As far as SOD and MDA were concerned, no apparent difference was found between both B treatments and 2 cultivars.
