晁恩祥治疗肺系病临证特点

摘　　要：晁恩祥教授擅长治疗呼吸系统疾病,注重抓主症,抓共性,抓主要病机,注重疾病演变规律,注重"风邪"在肺系疾病发病过程中的重要作用,对支气管哮喘、咳嗽变异性哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾患、肺间质纤维化等,形成了自己独特的诊疗思路。对支气管哮喘采用"疏风解痉法",讲究"疏风宣肺,解痉平喘";从风论治咳嗽变异性哮喘,提出了"疏风宣肺、缓急解痉、利咽止咳"为主的治法,并设立专方;对慢性阻塞性肺疾患则根究标本缓急,调整应用疏风宣肺及调补肺肾等法;提出肺纤维化按中医肺痿论治的观点,治疗采用养阴益气、调补肺肾、纳气平喘,间以疏风宣肺、止咳化痰、祛瘀通络。Professor Chao Enxiang is good at treating pulmonary system diseases.He laid great stress on the function of wind pathogen.He used the therapy of dispelling wind and relieving spasm in treating bronchial asthma,proposed the way of dispelling wind and promoting the dispersing function of the lung,as well as relieving spasm and cough for treating variant asthma and urgent COPD cases.Selected the treatment of reinforcing the lung and kidney for chronic COPD cases.He also put forward to use traditional Chinese medical theory of the consumptive lung disease in treating pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,including nourishing Yin and invigoration Qi,reinforcing the lung and kidney as well as dispelling wind and promoting the dispersing function of the lung,relieving cough and asthma,eliminating stasis and promoting blood circulation.
