摘 要:采用钢丝网框架剖面法,在不同生育阶段分别测定了大豆根系干重和根系活性在草甸黑土中的动态分布。结果表明:大豆根系在草甸黑土中呈浅层分布状态,平均80%以上分布在3~18cm土层内,20cm以下根量锐减。水平分布是以主根为中心随距离加大根重减少,随生育时期的推移根重分布比例逐渐外移。高活性根区与根冠密集区变化一致,随侧根的生长逐渐远离主根,其水平分布区间是,V3期距主根5~10cm、R5期已移至13~40cm;垂直分布为两层,分别在5~17cm和30cm以下土层内。The dynamic distribution of dry weight and activation of soybean roots in meadow black soil was determined by using the frame section method. The results indicaded that more than 80% of roots distributed in 3~18cm depth layer in soil, under 20cm depth the amout of roots reduced sharply. The horizontal distribution of roots took the main root as the centre and the amount of roots reduced with the distance extension. The high activation root area changed as same as that of root cap density area, with the lateral root grew gradually far from the main root. The horizontal distribution scope of high activation root area was in 5~10cm at V3 stage and 13~40cm at R5 stage from the main root, and the vertical distribution was two layers that were 5~17cm and under 30cm respectively.
