电针大鼠足三里穴对胃黏膜保护作用的时效关系研究

摘　　要：目的:通过电针对血中相关指标影响的研究,探讨电针保护胃黏膜的时效关系。方法:将动物随机分组、制备酸化乙醇致大鼠胃黏膜损伤的动物模型,其后行电针足三里干预,在电针前及电针后7个时刻分别取材,检测血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和血浆中内皮素(ET)活性。结果:与模型组相比,电针组SOD、MDA时间-均值曲线趋势改变比较明显,相同时段的变化基本同步。NOS、ET时间-均值曲线趋势有所改变,曲线比较平稳,NOS略微上升,ET略微下降,随时间变化不明显。结论:采用电针足三里对胃黏膜保护时存在着时间效应关系;电针可使SOD、NOS的表达提高,MDA、ET的表达降低,从而达到保护胃黏膜的作用。Objective： Through the study on effect of electro-acupuncture on blood related index,probe the time-effect relationship of electro-acupuncture on gastric membrane.Methods： Rats were divided randomly.Experimental models of gastric mucosal injury were made by stomach irritation of acid-alcohol,and then electro-acupuncture was given at ＂Zusanli＂（ST 36）.The activity of SOD,MDA,NOS in blood serum and ET in plasma were examined at seven times before and after electro-acupuncture.Results： Compared with the model group,the change tendency of time-mean curve of SOD,MDA was more obvious,the changes at same time are basically the same.The time-mean curve of NOS,ED was more stationary,NOS elevated a little and ED declined,the change seemed independent of time.Conclusion： there is Time-efficacy relationship in the protection of electro-acupuncturing ＂Zusanli＂ on gastric membrane,The expression of SOD,NOS increase and MDA,ET decrease after electro-acupuncture,which can protect gastric membrane.
