摘　　要：为了从根本上解决船舶油污中长期损失赔偿争议,通过研究比较国际公约和美国立法关于船舶油污自然资源损害和纯经济损失赔偿的规定,结合我国船舶油污中长期损失索赔实际,指出我国司法实践中所称的船舶油污中长期损失的提法并不恰当,它在性质上属于自然资源损害和纯经济损失.只有准确理解船舶油污损害赔偿国际公约有关赔偿范围的规定,制定我国船舶油污损害赔偿立法,建立油污损害赔偿范围制度,才能明确自然资源损害和纯经济损失的赔偿范围和标准.To solve the dispute on from ships, based on the comparing compensation for the mid-term or long-term damage of oil pollution of the Conventions and US oil pollution acts concerning of compensaregime for natural resource damage and pure economic loss, and Chinese mid-term or long-term damage of oil pollution from ships as well, the following conclusions are obtained： the mid-term or long-term damage of oil pollution from ships is not reasonable, it belongs to natural resource damage or pure economic loss. On the one hand, the regime of compensation scope of international conventions on compensation for damage of oil pollution damage should be defined; and on the other hand, China should formulate its compensation law on damage scope and criterion of compensation for of oil pollution from ships to establish regimes of compensation natural resource damage and pure economic loss.
