摘　　要：应用统计预测技术、层次分析法、择优分配的原理,通过定量分析,提出资金在各类别书刊中的分配模型,以实现书刊采购的预期效用。对影响书刊采购有关因素的趋势分析有助于更为合理地分配资金,从而使图书馆的书刊采购工作具有预见性,以适应未来一段时期的需求和变化。Acquisition of periodicals and books is an important issue in a college library. Using the forecasting technique in statistics, analytic hierarchy process method and principle of optimization allocation in modern economic theory, and through quantitative analysis, the paper puts forward the model of financial allocation for various classifications of books and periodicals,which can be used for the acquisition of books and periodicals in the library. Then in order to adapt to the coming changes,and to allocate the purchasing fund more resonable in library,the paper especially analyzes the tendency of factors of books and periodials purchasing.
