摘  要:目的 探讨1320nm波长非剥脱性激光对小鼠皮肤碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、β1转化生长因子(TGF-β1)表达的影响,为非剥脱性激光嫩肤提供实验依据。方法 以昆明小鼠为动物模型,共18只,分为A、B、C3组,每组6只。A组激光照射1次,B组激光照射2次,间隔1min,C组激光照射3次,间隔1min。共4个疗程,每个疗程间隔1周。选择1320nm波长激光,20J/cm^2能量照射小鼠背左侧皮肤,以背右侧作自身对照。用免疫组化法检测bFGF和TGF-β1在受照射小鼠皮肤真皮中的表达。以真皮成纤维细胞胞浆含黄色或棕黄色颗粒为阳性细胞,计算每高倍视野阳性细胞数。结果 1320nm波长激光照射后小鼠皮肤bFGF和TGF-β1表达增加,其中激光照射3次组,每高倍视野阳性细胞数为(1.57±1.12)个,与各组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论 小鼠皮肤受1320nm波长激光照射后,其真皮bFGF和TGF-β1表达增加,表达量与激光照射次数有关。Objective To explore the effect of 1320 nm nonablative laser energy on the expression of bFGF and TGF-β1 in mouse skin. and to offer experimental evidence for nonoblative skin rejuvenation. Methods We used the Kunming mice (N= 18) as subjects. The mice were divided into three groups (A, B, C), six each. Groups A, B, and C were irradiated with 1320nm cool-touch laser (20 J/cm^2) in the skin of left back; Groups B and C were irradiated two and three times, respectively. The skin of right back in all groups was adopted as control. The expression of bFGF and TGF-β1 in the mouse skin was examined by the immunohistochemistry. The cells whose cytoplasm contained yellow or brown-yellow granules were regarded as positive cells. The positive cells were counted in each high power field. Results Expression of bFGF and TGF-β1 in mouse derm increased after 1 320 nm laser irradiating. In the irradiated three times group the count of the positive cells in each high power field was 1. 57± 1. 12. There were significant differences in the expression of bFGF and TGF-β1 between the group irradiated by three times and others (P〈0.01). Conclusions 1320 nm laser promotes the expression of bFGF and TGF-β1 in the mouse's derm. The number of the positive cells is related with the times of irradiation.
