摘  要:目的探讨滋补脾阴方药的神经保护作用与树突棘形态调节之间的相关分子机制。方法荧光显微镜和免疫荧光细胞化学方法观察滋补脾阴方药含药血清预处理与谷氨酸处理前后大鼠树突棘的形态结构变化及树突棘内树突棘相关的Rap特异性GTPase活化蛋白(SPAR)、血清诱导激酶(SNK)的表达变化情况。结果2%浓度的滋补脾阴方药含药血清预处理对于谷氨酸引起的原代海马神经元树突棘的损伤有明显的保护作用。结论滋补脾阴方药的神经保护作用与维持树突棘正常的形态和结构有关。Objective To investigate the related molecular mechanism between neuroprotective effect of spleen yin nourishing recipe (Zibupiyin Reception, ZBPYR )and regulation on the morphology and structure of dendritic spines. Methods The primary cultured hippocampal neurons treated with glutamate and drug serum with ZBPYR. The morphology of dendritic spines were observed by fluorescent microscopy, and the expression of spine-associated Rap guanosine triphosphatase (GTPase) activating protein (SPAR) and serum- inducible kinase (SNK) were detected by immunofluorescent methods. Results 2% concentration of ZBPYR could protect the destroyed dendritic spines by glutamate and maintain the number and the normal morphology of dendritic spines. Conclusion ZBPYR showed effect of nervous protection, and its mechanism may be correlated with maintaining the morphology and structure of dendritic spines.
