摘　　要：按照《科技查新规范》,查新档案已成为一种科技信息资源。查新档案,是直接的原始材料、是积累的知识库、是有特色的科技信息,可用作查重数据库和备查记录。实现查新档案信息资源共享,发挥其最大效用,以达到促进和提高科技查新在技术创新中的作用。According to ＂Scientific and Technical Novelty-Checking Norms＂, the scientific and technical Novelty-Checking archives has become a technology information resource. It is the direct source material, is the accumulated knowledge base, is the characteristics technology information, checking the database can be used for future avoid duplication establishment and availability record. Realize the sharing of Novelty-Checking archives information resources, Play to their maximum effective- ness, to promote and enhance the role of Novelty-Checking in the technological innovation.
