摘　　要：阐述了博士学位论文开题时进行研究课题查新的意义以及如何进行研究课题查新等相关问题。This paper has mainly expounded the significance of novelty search for Ph.D. Dissertation Proposal and related issues in novelty search for Ph.D. Dissertation Proposal.
