运用运气学说分析缺血性中风病急性期症状及证候特点

摘　　要：目的探索运用运气学说分析缺血性中风病急性期症状、证候特点的方法,总结缺血性中风病急性期症状、证候在乙酉年运气中所呈现的特征。方法调查北京地区乙酉年(2005年1月20日￣2006年1月19日)发病的缺血性中风病患者113例,采集每个患者在急性期的症状、舌脉、辨证要素共173个观察项目。分析每个观察项目的出现率有无差别,由此判断症状或证候的发生是否受到发病时运气的影响。结果有7个症状、6个舌脉象、5个辨证要素在乙酉年五运各运中出现率存在差异(P<0.05);有7个症状、2个舌脉象、6个辨证要素在乙酉年六气各气中出现率存在差异(P<0.05)。结论运气的气化作用对缺血性中风病急性期症状及证候的发生率有一定影响。　Objective To investigate the analysis on the symptom and syndrome characteristics of acute ischemia stroke by applying yunqi theory of TCM （the theory on five elements motion and six climatic factors）, and to sum up the symptom and syndrome characteristics of acute ischemia stroke in yiyou year （from Jan. 20, 2005 to Jan. 19, 2006）. Method The investigation were given to 113 cases of acute ischemia stroke in Beijing in yiyou year. The symptoms, tongue-pulse manifestations and syndrome differentiation factors （173 observation items） were collected, the occurrence rate of each item and the differences among them were analyzed, and then it was determined whether these symptoms and syndromes were influenced by five elements motion and six climatic factors. Result The occurrence rates of 7 symptoms, 6 tongue-pulse manifestations and 5 syndrome differentiation factors had differences in the five elements motion in yiyou year （P〈0.05）. The occurrence rates of 7 symptoms, 2 tongue-pulse manifestations and 6 syndrome differentiation factors had differences in the six climatic factors in yiyou year （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The transformation of qi （yunqi theory of TCM） has some influences on the occurrence rates of symptoms and syndromes of acute ischemia stroke.
