四川省竞技体育现状及发展对策研究

摘　　要：通过对四川省竞技体育发展进程的回顾、存在问题的比较分析与理论概括,探明当前地区(区域)竞技体育发展的相关因素构成,对四川省竞技体育的发展与地区(区域)经济发展的高度融会与协调发展进行了理论探索。研究认为,四川省竞技体育应以"国、奥、金"为目标,实行以总分为基础、以金牌为主导的奥运战略;应当建立适合四川省情的竞技体育管理体制,调整及优化竞技运动项目布局,加强优秀教练员的培养和监督,打破制度瓶颈、畅通运动员进出机制,逐步实现和扩大"体、教"结合规模,加强体育科研监管和经费投入,完善教练员和运动员激励机制,加大竞技体育市场培育和开发力度等。Through making review and retrospect on the course of Sichuan competitive sport, analyzing and generalizing its problems, this paper proves up diatheses of （Sichuan） regional competitive sports develop, makes academic research on harmonious and inosculate development between competitive sport and regional economy. The result shows that Sichnan competitive sport develop should objective on national team, Olympic Games, gold medal and take scores based and gold-medal leaded Olympic strategy, establish and regulate a competitive sport management system that compatible of Sichnan complexion and characteristics, adjust and oi^timize sport event distribution, strengthen excellent coach training and supervising, broke bottle-neck and speed up player transfer expedite channel, boost and enlarge sport ＆ education, range and dimensions, increase sport researches investment and supervise its utilization, consummate coach and athlete stimulating mechanism and intensify competitive market foster and exploitation.
