摘　　要：欧盟知识产权跨界禁令的研究近来在欧洲成为了最新的研究课题,布鲁塞尔规则在2001年取代了1968年的布鲁塞尔公约成为新的欧盟指令来规范相关的跨界国际私法的争议。与此同时,随着我国物权法的颁布,保护私有财产权的原则由法律确定了下来,对于知识产权这个属于无形的私有财产保护方面,我们可以借由欧盟知识产权跨界禁令的研究来获得相关启发。Recently,the research on the European intellectual property right cross border injunction became a popular topic while the Brussels Regulation 2001 replaced the Brussels Convention 1968,becoming a new EU Directive to regulate the relate issue to the cross border private international law.At the same time,along with the property law＇s legislation in China,the principle to the private property protection may confirm by the legislation.During the part of the protection to the intellectual property which belong to invisible private property,we can learn and get relate elicitation from the research to the EU intellectual property right cross border injunction.
