摘　　要：本文论述了网络环境下高校图书馆员为了适应时代发展和科技进步的需要,能够在读者与信息资源之间真正起到桥梁与纽带作用而必须具备的素质,进而提出了高校图书馆员素质培养的几个途径。In this paper,the author narrates the request of information stuff and the way to improve information stuff of librarian.This article attempts from the thought viewpoint,the occupational ethics,to grasp the modern information technology knowledge,the specialized skill,the aspect of knowledge,the interest hobby as well as the continuing education and deepens aspect and so on specialized level discusses,by for everybody reference.
