摘 要:作者对山东小麦—玉米两季作物区玉米全蚀病的发生情况进行田间自然发病田、人工接种田为害损失测定。结果表明,玉米受害后果穗千粒重下降,秃顶率增加;对产量的影响:1级减产20%左右,2级减产40%左右,3级减产50%以上。根据病情指数与产量损失率的数学模型,结合防治工本、产量水平和产品价格及经济效益,分高、中、低产田对经济允许为害水平进行了估算,并确定了防治指标,经大田验证,可以有效地指导更换品种和综合防治。The yield losses of take-all disease of corn (Gaeumannomyces graminis var. maydis) in wheat-corn successive planting areas of Shandong were studied. The results showed that the weight of one thousand kernels decreased and the blighted grain rate increased. The yields decreased about 20% for the 1st grade, 40% for the 2nd, and 50% for the 3rd, respectively. Based on the mathematical model between disease index and yield losses, combined with the control cost, yield level, price of corn and the economic benefit, the economic injury levels in high, middle and low yield level fields were evaluated. The control thresholds were proposed. These studies show that it could be able to guide the variety change and the integrated control effectively.
