摘 要:在离体和活体条件下,测定了甲霜灵抑制棉疫病菌(Phytophthora boehmeriae Sawada)卵孢子产生的作用。结果表明,在含甲霜灵0.04μg/ml的利马豆培养基(LBA)平板上,棉疫病菌的卵孢子产生量仅为对照的50%,0.10μg/ml条件下,病菌完全不能产生卵孢子。在接种的棉苗叶片上,喷施10~20μg/ml的甲霜灵可以明显抑制病菌在病组织内产生卵孢子,卵孢子产生量比对照下降了13~160倍,喷施40μg/ml的甲霜灵,受侵染子叶不发病。Inhibition of metalaxyl on the oospore production of Phytophthora boehmeriae was studied in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that the oospore number of the isolates tested on LBA(Lima bean agar) with metalaxyl at 0. 04μg/ml was about 50% of the control,and no oospore produced on LBA with metalaxyl at 0. 10μg/ml. Moreover, when metalaxyl at the concentration of 10 - 20μg/ml was supplied to cotton leaves after innoculated with the pathogen in 10h, the number of oospores was decreased 13 - 160 times than that of control. The application of metalaxyl at the concentration 40μg/ml could inhibite the cotton leave disease caused by P. boehmeriae completely.
