摘 要:建立能与并条机主机相配套的并条机网络监控系统。采用现场总线技术建立的并条机网络化监控系统由通讯面板、RS485网络、上位机及监控软件构成。通讯面板采集并条机的现场生产数据,通过RS485网络把有关的并条机生产数据传送到上位机上,上位机的监控软件系统对全车间的并条机进行监控,软件的数据管理系统可以自动保存并条机的现场数据,并进行分析处理。并条机的一些工艺参数既可以通过并条机面板输入,也可以通过网络由上位机的监控软件设定。该系统已在纺织企业得到应用,效果良好。Network monitoring system which was matched with drawing frame was established, network monitoring system established by online bus technology was made of communication plate, RS485 network, epistatic computer and monitoring software. Online production data was collected by communication plate, and then was transmitted to epistatic computer through RS485 network, and software system of epistatic computer can monitor drawing frames of the whole workshop, online data of drawing frame was stored automatically and analyzed by data management system of software. Several processing parameters can input through drawing frame plate or set by monitoring software of epistatic computer through network. This system is already applied in textile enterprises, it has better effect.
