摘　　要：为改造广东某棉纺织厂空调系统,对该系统进行了测试分析,发现存在的问题是喷水室地面大量积水、工作区风速过高、二次回风窗存在设计问题和风机振动。分析了喷水室前挡水板的作用,认为喷水室中必须加装前挡水板;对风机的送风风量、散流器的出风口风速进行了校核性计算,认为需降低系统的设计风速;阐述了二次回风的作用,认为需改造二次回风窗的建筑结构;分析了风机在特定的频率范围内共振的原因,认为需重新对风机进行选型。To innovate air conditioning system of one Guangdong cotton textile mill, through test analyses, the problems are water jet room seeper, high air speed of work area, design problem of secondary air return window, draft fan libration. Function of front splash plate of water jet room was analyzed, set front splash plate in water jet room is necessary. Through calculation of draft fan air capacity and exit air speed of spreader, design air speed should be re- duced, Function of secondar＇） air return was discussed, and the structure of secondary air return window should be innovated. Reason of draft fan resonance in given frequency was analyzed, and draft fan should be chosen again.
