浅议纺织厂辅助生产节电措施

摘　　要：探讨纺织厂辅助生产用电的节约措施。分析了辅助生产用电的现状,认为辅助生产用电约占纺织厂生产用电的1/3,辅助生产用电的节约措施有:采用变风量调节温湿度,扩大回风使用量,利用峰谷电价差进行工作,对空压机实行分网运行、合理设置各空压机出口压力设定值,对照明用电进行有效管理等。通过以上措施的实施,节电效果明显,为企业节约了大量资金。Saving measures of assistant production electricity of textile mill were discussed, condition of assistant production electricity was analyzed, and assistant production electricity accounts for 1/3 of production electricity of textile mill. The saving measures for assistant production electricity are adopting change air capacity to adjust moisture temperature and enlarge return air use, adopting electricity price difference between wave crest and trough, operating air pressure machine by different webs, configuring reasonable exit pressure value of air pressure machine, managing lighting electricity and so on. Through these measures, electricity is saving, and more funds is saved too.
